Cinder Residuals performs all of the tasks, and oversees the quality assurance/control, required to ensure the delivery of high-quality fly ash that meets ASTM and AASHTO standards for use in concrete, including:

• Material harvesting

• Comprehensive sampling and testing to determine material properties, including:

  • Loss on ignition

  • Carbon content

  • Organic impurities

  • Particle size distribution and fineness

  • Moisture

• Screening

• Drying

• Further processing and beneficiation as required to ensure market-ready ash

Cinder Residuals’ harvesting sites are conveniently located near major metropolitan centers to allow for the economical delivery of ash to 75 percent of the Texas market.
