Cinder Residuals processes and markets fly ash for beneficial use to ready-mix concrete companies. We hold exclusive rights to harvest fly ash from sites operated by Commercial Liability Partners (CLP), the largest owner of previously disposed fly ash in the United States.

Cinder Residuals has contracted with CLP to harvest and market fly ash from two of its Texas sites that collectively hold more than 45 million tons of Class F fly ash. We are ideally situated to market this ash to ready-mix concrete producers in Texas, now the most underserved fly ash market in the nation.

Cinder Residuals anticipates expanding its partnership with CLP in the future so as to broaden the geographic focus of its marketing efforts.
